Born and raised in Pasadena, California, during the 80s—a time marked by an influx of drugs, gangs, violence, and limited opportunities in many inner cities across America—Brandon had dreams of becoming a professional athlete. However, in 1997, after his father separated from the family, the responsibilities of a single-parent household fell upon him. This traumatic shift led Brandon to the streets, where a lifestyle of gangs and hustling put his athletic aspirations on hold indefinitely.

After years of living the street life on the Northwest side of Pasadena, Brandon's life took a pivotal turn in 2005 when he was blessed with a daughter. This new responsibility refocused his outlook on life and realigned his priorities. Inspired by his daughter, Brandon picked up a camera and began capturing family and friends in various settings. As he honed his eye, his passion and skill grew, evolving from freelance photography to include videography, graphic design, and visual art. Today, Brandon is one of the primary go-to photographers and videographers in the Southern California area.
